Step 1: Start on mobile or PC, choose Online or Local play ?. Pick a region, browse lobbies, or host a room. Select a map like Skeld, Mira HQ, or Airship, then ready up with the crew ?.

Step 2: Open Settings ⚙️ to set name and chat type. Quick Chat is fastest; Free Chat may need an account. Go Online, pick a region, then join a public lobby or host a private room ?.

Step 3: Customize in Locker ?: pick color, hat, skin, visor, and pet. Use the lobby laptop to tweak rules like player speed, tasks, role chances, and whether ejects are confirmed ✅.

Step 4: Learn roles ?: Crewmates use the map to find tasks, swipe cards, fix wiring, and handle sabotages. Impostors fake tasks, hit lights/reactor, vent, and strike when isolated ?.

Step 5: Controls ?: move with the joystick, press Use near consoles, and watch the task bar ?. Impostors get Kill, Vent, Sabotage. Crewmates stay in groups; check admin/vitals when available ?.

Step 6: Meetings ?️: report bodies or hit Emergency ?. Share alibis in chat, use Quick Chat if needed, and vote. Skip when unsure. Afterward, resume tasks or shadow suspicious players ?.

Step 7: Win conditions ?: Crewmates finish all tasks or eject every impostor. Impostors reduce the crew or force critical sabotages (reactor/oxygen) to fail by running out the timer ⏳.
