Step 2: Open Build > Roads, draw a grid, and connect neighborhoods to main routes. Use intersections sparingly, add avenues for flow, and link to the map edge for traffic ?.

Step 3: Open Build > Zones. Place Residential, Commercial, and Industrial tiles beside roads. Keep Industry away from homes; pair shops with parks for happiness ??.

Step 4: Open Build > Services. Place a Power Plant and a Water Pump. Put the pump on water tiles, check coverage overlays, and expand capacity as demand rises ⚡?.

Step 5: Add Fire, Police, Clinic, Garbage, and Schools. Fill coverage gaps, upgrade key buildings, and place parks to boost land value and reduce crime ???.
