Step 1: Begin by selecting a faction and map, then follow the tutorial prompts. The game highlights legal actions, explains abilities, and enforces rules so planning and timing can shine. ?

Step 2: Pick a faction: Marquise builds and rules, Eyrie follows a strict decree, Woodland Alliance spreads sympathy, Vagabond quests solo. Set difficulty and seat order for a fair start. ?

Step 3: Learn the board and UI: Tap clearings to view pieces and paths, long-press cards for text, and use the help icon for tooltips. The log tracks actions, battles, and points. ?

Step 4: Take actions in order: Move to reposition, Battle to contest, Craft using required buildings/sympathy/roosts, and Build per faction rules. End turn once all steps are resolved. ?
