Step 1: Start in Skirmish on Easy; get a feel for building, economy, and controls. No internet needed; pause and save freely. Aim for steady income and safe expansion ?.

Step 2: Open Skirmish, pick a small map and Easy AI. Select a faction, set color, enable tips. Drag to pan; pinch to zoom for full map awareness ?.

Step 3: Queue builders for Reactor, then Extractors on resource spots. Add a Factory and Airpad. Keep builders busy; maintain positive power and income ⚙️?.

Step 4: Set factory rally points to a safe staging area. Create control groups: select units, tap Group or press a number. Use formations to keep tanks front, artillery back ?️.
